Villa Happy flow

“Happy flow” Villa, a traditional villa with a private swimming pool, located up on a hill in a small traditional village, boasting marvelous views of golden olive yards and sea views of Kissamos bay. It’s built out of wood and stone in absolute harmony with Cretan architecture.

The space

“Happy flow” Villa offers a lovely open-plan air-conditioned living room area with a fireplace, television, music system, dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen with electric kitchen, big refrigerator, coffee maker, juicer and all necessary cooking utensils.

Our Villa can accommodate 5 guests in two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, and a double sofa-bed that can accommodate another guest. The villa features two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. A hair dryer and washing machine are also provided for your convenience.

Guest access

Our beautiful courtyard is adorned with colorful flowers and various local trees such as olive trees, mournies, and cypress trees. There is an outdoor dining area and barbecue facilities, providing you with everything you need to have an enjoyable and relaxed time with your loved ones. The lovely swimming pool comes equipped with sun loungers and is the perfect spot to take in the stunning views of the surrounding areas. Guests may relax on the shaded terrace or take a dip in the pool to escape the heat of the sun.

Other things to note

Please keep in mind that staying in a village means you’ll be surrounded by nature, which includes the occasional sounds of dogs barking, goats, birds chirping, and even a rooster. We hope you’ll embrace these sounds as part of the unique experience of staying in our beautiful villa.

Room Rates

• Maximum Apartment Capacity: Up to 5 guests are allowed

• Exceeding the 2 persons there is a €20 per person per night charge for each additional visitor. Children under the age of eight pay a reduced fee of 10€/child per night. 

• Cleaning Fee €82
